Tools for Bob account package.
We developped complementary or replacement tools for Bob users.
 | Backup in zip file : the zip file is worldwide spread. In zip form you can compact the files as much as possible sothat they use the minimum space on the disks. This system of backup reduces considerably the number of floppy disks. These floppy do not have to be previously formatted. Moreover, the floppies can be read without any difficulty with standard tools as Pk(un)zip, Winzip and others. Eventually, the copy goes much faster. |
| fiduciary and their customers often need to transfer files between each others. Nowadays, the e-mail is sure to be the safest and easiest way to do it. You can find an automatic transfer tool integrated in Bob Tools which can send an e-mail with an attached file containing the account file. |
| cleaning of the temporary files : for its own use, Bob creates many temporary files which are not always cleaned after use. The result is that the Windows directory containing the temporary files tends to be quite rapidlly full, which deteriorates your system performances. BobTools helps you to regularly clean your system after the use of Bob. |

For all these operations, BobTools keeps a bookfile through which you can know who did what and when did he do it.
As a security, Bobtools can not be used together with Bob (and vice versa).
